Koesta

This amazing villa has a unique view of the magnificent Türkbükü bay and a sea view.

Our house, with 4 bedrooms, is located within a plot of 1000 square meters, 400 square meters of gross usage, and 300 square meters of net usage.

You can refresh your hot summer days in the pool, or have a pleasant time under the shade of the hundreds years old olive tree in its large garden. With its open kitchen and spacious living room, you can host crowded tables during summer and winter times.

There is also an outbuilding with an independent entrance, consisting of 2 bedrooms, an open kitchen, a living room, and a gym. This house will nourish both your soul and your body.

The villa has a generator suitable for full load and water tanks.

Before your Koesta House is put into use, all its architectural decoration, interior furnishings, and equipment will be completed by the Koesta team, and you will begin to live in the comfort of a hotel in your dream home.
